At Hotel Casella, your day starts with a generous buffet breakfast,
including our “famouse” apricot jam - made using fruit
from the Casella’s farm - and our warm special-cake.
We will make your mouth water with our delicious cuisine - the
aromas and flavours of our dishes are sufficient to satisfy even
the most exacting gourmand. Choose what you like from our menu,
which features a host of typically Ligurian specialities and is
enriched with an assortment of vegetable crudités. Wonderful
homemade desserts and seasonal fresh fruit are also at your disposal.
The focus of our kitchen is very much on the use of genuine, ultra-fresh
local produce. Many of the ingredients you will have the pleasure
of sampling come from our 10,000m2 estate, and is where we also
produce our excellent D.O.C. Pigato and Rossese wines.
