Booking and conditions policy
DEPOSIT:
• In order to confirm your reservation, we request that you make an advance payment of 30% of the price of your stay through bank transfer or by credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) with expiration date.
CANCELLATION:
• In case of cancellation you receive the advance deposit excluding the booking fee (euro 40 ) back if the cancellation is made by you at least 30 days in advance of the booking date. After that, the advance deposit is retained.
• In the event of a delayed arrival or premature departure, we will bill you the entire stay.
PAYMENT
• Payment only by cash. We do not accept credit cards
• Payment by arrival
CHECK IN /OUT
• Your apartment is available to you beginning at 3:30 p.m. of the day of your arrival.
• We request that you please vacate your apartment on the day of your departure by 09.00 a.m.
